hello world! its been awesome in sv!

the flight was terribly longggg but we survived it. i made a terrible mistake by choosing to read econs on the plane cos it put me to sleep. the day we arrived, we had dinner with noc seniors and it was pretty much sleepy really, jetlag and all.

day two was more exciting. breakfast at buck's woodside restaurant. there was just all sorts of cool artefacts and in the restaurant and breakfast was yummmmmy. afternoon was spent at san jose's flea market, america's largest flea market. there was really everything. felt a bit like chatuchak but slightly more variety like selling cars and furniture. stuff wasnt very exciting but things were quite cheap. dinner was mexican food at cafe de sol restaurant

day three today! goooooogle and hewlett packard! gooogle was coooool. like the facilities and all. it was just wowww. and we had our lunch there. eating in their canteen is like having an international buffet. hp was slightly more serious feel but some of their inventions were really amazing. long day but it was a lot of fun. there's just too much stuff at google to mention everything. but the drinks and food was the bomb. there was like godiva chocolate drinks free to take.
